as released. This first song titled 'Jai Balayya' gave a good boost to the movie 'Veera Simha Reddy'. Balayya fans have been expecting for the announcement date of this film starring Shruti Haasan as the heroine. 

Putting an end card to the waiting of Nandamuri fans, Mythri Movie Makers proclaimed the release of 'Veera Simha Reddy' on January 12.

While Nandamuri fans are getting ready to watch Balayya during the Sankranthi season, mega fans are turning ready to watch Chiranjeevi starrer 'Waltair Veerayya'. Bobby is directing the film 'Waltair Veerayya'. 

Mythri movie makers have already declared that this movie is also releasing on Sankranthi itself. With this, the stage has been set for Chiru and Balayala's competition in the Sankranti season. However, the release date of 'Veera Simha Reddy' has been fixed but the release date of 'Waltair Veerayya' has not yet been clarified.

These two films are likely to be released with a gap of about a day. And it remains to be seen how much more interesting this Sankranti will be with Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna's box office war.
