Liger OTT release date and streaming platform details

Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer Liger has been released in cinema halls on August 25.

The Telugu and Hindi bilingual marked Vijay's first pan-India release and its for the first time that Bollywood actress Ananya has worked with a director and actors from the South Indian film industry.

Liger was released with huge expectations across the nation, but the film bombed badly at the Box Office much to the dismay of Vijay Devarakonda's fans and cine-goers. Because of the hype around the movie, it received a tremendous opening day, but after the talk was spread, the movie eventually bit the dust.

Though the film is a disaster, it's the latest trend that a section of the audience is waiting for the movie to be released on OTT for obvious reasons. Well for this set of audience who are OTT lovers we have good news.

Liger's streaming rights have been bagged by Disney+Hotstar and it is being reported that the movie will premiere on the service and will be available for online viewing and download from September 22nd. Liger will stream in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages. However, details regarding the Hindi language streaming platform are not yet available.
