Story:

Prasad (Suhas) is a man from a middle-class background who leads a modest life with his wife, Sangeerthana Vipin. Prasad makes a difficult decision to remain childless, and he holds the belief that parents should refrain from having children unless they can ensure a quality life for them. However, Prasad is shocked to learn that his wife is pregnant. In response, he takes legal action against the condom manufacturer as it failed to prevent his wife from getting pregnant. Will he succeed in his lawsuit? What arguments will Prasad present as he seeks substantial compensation? To know the answers, be sure to watch the film in theaters.

Performances:

Suhas delivered a neat performance, and he looked as natural as ever. Sangeerthana played an important character in the story, but there was not much scope for her to act. Still, she performed well in crucial scenes. Vennela Kishore and Goparaju Ramana were perfect, while Prabhas Seenu provided some laughs. Rajendra Prasad and Murali Sharma were not used to their fullest.

What worked for the film:

Director Sandeep Bandla has taken a storyline that sounds interesting, but it also needs a proper, well-written screenplay to justify the lead character's decision. The initial scenes showing the hero's middle-class background and his interactions with his father, wife, and friends came out nicely, though there is nothing extraordinary. The decision to file a case against the condom company and the subsequent court scenes were narrated hilariously till the midpoint. The arguments from the hero's side work well in some crucial scenes of the second half.

What did not work for the film:

Though the courtroom scene starts well on a funny note, soon they begin to feel repetitive, and the seriousness of court and the issue derail because of that feeling. One expects things to change when Murali Sharma is introduced as the opposition lawyer. Still, even his character too conveniently used to evoke laughter by making him ask the hero the question in a way that he can deliver his climax speech. The most important angle in the movie is how the heroine's character faces issues after the hero files a court case. This segment takes a bit of prominence in the initial stage of the latter half, but the conclusion is basic, and the heroine's character has a change of heart very conveniently.

Janaka Aithe Ganaka Review and Verdict:

Janaka Aithe Ganaka has an interesting idea and presents some hilarious moments, but the effect goes downhill after a point. The second half misses the desired effect, including the climax
