Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Sai Pallavi's Controversy

Unfortunately, Sai Pallavi faced unnecessary hatred on social media because she expressed her opinion. She, like anyone else, is entitled to share her thoughts, especially if they are positive or supportive of another person in the industry.  What is amusing is, the same people who consider Vanga childish because he does not keep quiet when someone talks against him, or his films have come down to canceling Sai Pallavi just because she spoke in support of Vanga. As said above, many posts against Sai Pallavi are filled with hatred on social media. Some of them even called the Fida actress a  "Pick Me" Girl.

Now, if the backlash against Vanga or his films/characters comes under freedom of speech, then Sai Pallavi's appreciation for the director will also come under the same roof. However, the netizens have been divided into two sections, one which supports Sai Pallavi and Sandeep Reddy Vanga, while the other one is trolling and canceling both as they think the actress and director promote/support misogyny in films.

It is widely known that Social media can amplify negativity, and it's easy for misunderstandings or misinterpretations to escalate quickly. However, it is up to the movie lovers/audiences/netizens to think before calling out somebody for even normal statements.
