Bollywood movies are facing a problem nowadays which is the latest trend of boycotts. Any new movie comes to the theaters, No matter who the star cast is, people on social media are trending the boycott topic.
As the #boycottbollywood trend has gone viral, Ranbir Kapoor's latest movie "Shamshera'', Aamir Khan's "Lal Singh Chadda'' and Akshay Kumar's "Raksha Bandhan'' have become disasters at the box office. These films have bombed at the Box Office because of their bad content not because of the boycott trend, that's a different story altogether.
The latest #boycottbollywood trend has also hit `"Brahmastra'' Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni rai in lead roles. Based on Hindu mythology, this movie was made in three parts with a huge budget. The first part of this movie was produced by Karan Johar, Ayan Mukherjee is the director of this movie and it is going to hit the screens in a few hours.
Rajamouli is acting as the presenter for the Telugu version but this movie is also being chased by the #boycottbollywood trend. Alia and Ranbir went to the Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain on Tuesday and there was a stir when some people wearing black badges protested against them.
The hero of the Brahmastra movie, Ranbir Kapoor has responded wisely to the #boycottbollywood trend. Ranbir Kapoor has recently responded to the #boycottbollywood trend which has been affecting Bollywood movies for some time now. Ranbir told that If the audience like the movie, it will do well at the box office.
Ranbir cited Shamshera, which is his latest movie, which could not impress the audience. He said that the audience did not like the movie much because it lacked strong content. He continued that if the content is good, the audience will appreciate it. Also, he said that audience will never think that good movies should be boycotted and should not watch in theaters. Looks like Ranbir has clear-cut thinking about the whole boycott fiasco and we hope that his movie Brahmastra will attract an audience with its good content.
