The transfer of Sachiv Abhishek Tripathi (Jitendra Kumar) causes distress to Bhushan Dubey (Raghubir Yadav), Prahlad, and Vikas (Chandan Roy). The trio goes to great lengths to prevent another person from taking over as the Secretary of Phulera village. Their efforts prove successful, leading to Abhishek Tripathi's return to the village. However, this also sparks a bitter rivalry between Phulera village and MLA Chandrakishore Singh (Pankaj Jha). The unfolding events that follow become the focal point of the story.

Performances:

Faisal Malik delivered a performance that was sure to evoke strong emotions. Neena Gupta, the seasoned actress, shines in her role and never fails to captivate the audience whenever she graces the screen. Jitendra Kumar, Raghubir Yadav, Sanvikaa, Chandan Roy, Pankaj Jha, and Durgesh Kumar performed excellently and lifted their characters to the next level.

What Worked For The Series:

Panchayat 3 stands out for its well-crafted portrayals of Manju Devi and Prahlad. Although they had supporting roles in the previous seasons, their endearing performances in the third installment will undoubtedly catch you off guard. Manju Devi, who previously served as a proxy president, takes charge in Panchayat 3 and attempts to rectify her husband's mistakes. The writers have added emotional depth to the show through Prahlad's character, particularly in his heartwarming interaction with an elderly woman. Jitendra Kumar once again impresses as Sachiv Ji, and his delightful love story with Sanvikaa adds to the show's charm. Thanks to the exceptional performances and flawless writing, Panchayat 3 offers numerous captivating moments.

What Did Not Work For The Series:

The pacing lags in certain parts, notably the initial episode. While the Panchayat series is known for its easygoing humor and casual tone, the focus shifts to politics in the third season, resulting in a more serious tone. Unlike its predecessors, this new season hones in on a single theme, potentially leaving comedy fans wanting more. The writing in Panchayat 1 falls short of expectations when a key character returns, resulting in a lack of hilarious moments.

Panchayat Season 3 Review And Verdict:

Panchayat 3 is very impressive. The writing and execution in this much-awaited season are finely crafted, thoroughly researched, and deeply grounded in familiarity. Though the narrative this time has deviated significantly from its fun-filled nature, it engages all the way and ends with a promising hint of intriguing events. The performances continue to be as brilliant as in the previous seasons.
