A Tribute to the Daring and Dashing Hero


Another crown jewel in the Tollywood industry has fallen as Super Star Krishna breathed his last at 4:09AM on Tuesday.

The veteran actor who has featured in over 350 films in a variety of roles suffered from a stroke as per the doctors and was on ventilator for a while before he passed away.

The actor who made his debut to Tollywood in 1960 has stood a trend setter introducing many a technology to the industry and has featured in a variety of roles, including shades of grey and made a strong impression of himself amongst the masses and the family audience as well. The actor is survived by his kids including Super Star Mahesh Babu who didn't seem to be in town when the actor was hospitalized. 

Industry in the state of mourning has canceled the shootings for today and also the morning shows across the state. Such was the impact the hero had on the industry with all his efforts to bring the audience something new. Few of his achievements include

All these paved way for him to be called "Daring and Dashing" and the actor never stopped his yearning for variety. Apart from being visibily different on the screen, the actor also contibuted to the industry behind the scenes with Padmalaya Studios which is one of the leading studios in Tollywood now.

The actor who was born on the 31st of May 1943 has left a huge void in Tollywood by passing away at the age of 79, a void which will be difficult to digest for his fans. 

The family plans to have Krishna garu made available in Gachbowli Stadium from evening today for fans to pay their last respects.
