Manchu Vishnu says that Adipurush makers have cheated the audience

The teaser of Prabhas 's Adipurush was trolled heavily for its poor VFX and animation.

Telugu actor Vishnu Manchu, who watched the teaser, revealed that he felt cheated while watching the promo. In a recent interview, he said that the audience expected a live-action film featuring Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan. He further added that the makers should have prepared the audience properly to meet the expectations. Meanwhile, Director Om Raut said that he was disheartened with the audience's reception to the teaser.

Vishnu Manchu has been promoting his upcoming film, "Ginna". The movie is releasing in Malayalam and Hindi also. In Hindi, it's titled "Ginna Bhai". During the promotions, in an interview with

Bollywood media, Vishnu told his thoughts on the teaser of Adipurush .

Sharing his opinion on the teaser of Adipurush, Vishnu Manchu said, "I will share my view as a Telugu person. We all thought that since they are making the movie based on Ramayana, it will be a mainstream live-action movie. Nobody expected it to be an animated film. So that is why everyone is disappointed. If you would have said that it was an animated film, and then released the teaser, there would be been zero trolls. You got to prepare the audience. If you don't prepare and cheat the audience, then this is the reaction you will get. I felt cheated."

Now we'll have to wait and see how Prabhas fans react to the comments made by Manchu Vishnu.

Adipurush is a 3D film, based on Ramayana, directed by Om Raut. The film features Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon, and Sunny Singh in lead roles. The film is slated for a grand release on January 12, 2023, in multiple languages. The shooting has been wrapped up and the post-production work is currently underway.
